Cancellation Policy
All appointments scheduled require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Massage Louisville, Massage Corydon and Kristi Sallee, LMT reserve the right to charge your credit card the full amount for the appointment if you cancel within this time frame or fail to show. If you are holding your appointment with a gift card and fail to show or cancel late you will forfeit the gift card. This policy exists to better allow for proper scheduling and time management of all my clients. You will be asked for a credit card number when scheduling to hold your appointment. Your card will not be billed unless you cancel within the 24 hour time period or
fail to show completely.
